PIZZA

Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily. Our flour is Tipo “00” from just south of Milan. Our tomatoes are from San Marzano. Our cheese is a mozarella provolone blend from Campania. Our olive oil is Sicilian. Our pepperoni, anchovies, olives, capers, sun dried tomatoes and porcini mushrooms all come directly from Italy. Enjoy!
